Any item marked as a sample or illustrative profile demonstrates the search experience and is not a live property advertisement. BIM will confirm live availability and the applicable Abu Dhabi advertising permit before presenting a property as available.

Service scope

Leasing brokerage, property management and purchase or sale support are subject to an agreed scope, required documents, owner authority and applicable Abu Dhabi rules. Where a client requests renovation or other specialist work, BIM may define the brief and coordinate appropriately approved third-party specialists; the appointed specialist remains responsible for its regulated work.

Enquiries and engagements

Submitting a form does not create an agency, management, brokerage or contractor relationship. A service begins only after the relevant parties agree the scope, commercial terms and required documents.
